OUR WEIGHT LOSS PRAYERS!!!!

Oh God! I need to get back to my previous shape and size, i need to look new to my near and dears, I have been taking all the steps to reduce my weight and look slim. I'm waiting for a day to come that the weighing machine would show me the expected reduced weight to make me happy and wear my favorite dress that I hatred as i couldn't wear because of which it is sleeping in my wardrobe, i need to be loved again by all. What not we haven't done to reduce our weight? Why don't you show some mercy on me to reduce my weight and make me healthy and happy?

We did Jogging, Gymming, Joined Yoga, Zumba, Aerobics, Marathon running as well as Dieting by starving.

Whatever we do, the much needed Skill for weight loss is Patience and observing the body. When you put on weight you love your body and feed it with whatever it craved for and so when you try to reduce your body show the same respect and love towards it. Motivate yourself by saying you are such a sweet tummy I don't want to make you big as you are hurt often. when we do a brisk morning walk your body will feel light and happy, maintain the happiness by spending some time. Show passion towards you so you not only loss your body weight you learn more about your attitude and also you can gain confidence of what you are capable of.

Of course body needs variation in exercises, dieting as well as the routine stuff we follow. being human when we cannot watch the same movie everyday because we liked it, body is also similar to that. when we make a variation of Exercises given to the body the results are much higher.


Simple home remedies for weight loss

  • Make a mixture comprising black pepper (1tsp), honey (1tsp), lemon juice (1tsp) and lukewarm water (1 glass). Mix all the ingredients well and drink the same in the morning. It is one of the wonder tips for weight loss.
  • Weight loss can also be achieved when one follow this easy home remedy: take lukewarm water (1 glass), lemon juice (4tsp) and honey (1tsp). Use this mix on empty stomach in the morning every day.
  • Warm the mix of cumin seeds (½ tsp), coriander seeds (½ tsp), fennel seeds (½ tsp) and water (4 glass) for 5-10 minutes. Strained the mixture and take the small sips of the same throughout the day. It is better to take it in warm condition.  It is one of the important herbal mixtures and acts like as a fat fighter.
  • Drinking of cynodon dactylon juice is good in minimizing the toxins accumulation in the body thereby controlling fats in the adipose tissue layer.
  • Taking of cinnamon powder along with honey in the empty stomach and before going to bed shows good result in fat burning.
  • One can avoid weight gain, if lukewarm water is being taken throughout the day as it helps to melt fat. Ginger tea is also acts like as fat dissolver. 


Easy tips to fight obesity

  1. Do Yoga and exercise regularly to maintain your weight and keep oneself fit both physically and mentally?
  2. Cabbage is a fat burner, so one should eat 1 bowl of it every day for good results.
  3. Give more weight-age to fruits and vegetables in your diet plan.
  4. Avoid taking of salt, sugar and maida.
  5. Make a habit of taking mint as it helpful in burning of fat.
  6. One should take honey as it ensures the converting of excess fat into energy.
  7. Avoid potato and rice.
  8. The biggest meal should be your lunch when digestion is at its apex.
  9. Drink more and more water as it avoids the accumulation of toxins in the body thus prevents in obesity.
  10. Jogging, cycling and swimming are very good in maintain your overall weight and personality. Fasting with lime juice and honey once a good is beneficial in prevention of fat accumulation.
  11. Say bye bye to caffeine, alcohol, and junk foods. Drink more and more quantity of water (4 litres).

Diet can play a pivotal role in losing weight or maintaining weight. Overeating leads to accumulation of fat that results to obesity and obese. So, selection of diet should be the utmost priority in today’s lifestyle. The following dietary rules should be followed while preparing or taking food.
  • After lunch or dinner, it is better to take fruits instead of sweets.
  • Cereals and high calorie grains should be mixed with fresh vegetables.
  • Take pulse but cooked it with fresh vegetables.
  • Instead of sugar, artificial sweeteners may be taken.
  • Use skimmed or fat free milk.
  • Give more thrust to salads before your meals as salads contain roughage, vitamins and anti-oxidants which is good to lose weight fast.
  • Cooking of vegetable without oil is desirable.
  • Boiled vegetables and soup should be preferred at dinner time.
